These terms explain the basis on which you may use this website and book a meeting with us. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, please email us and we will explain it.
This is the website of Outsource Digital, a South African business that supplies business phone systems, copiers, CCTV and office furniture to companies in South Africa.
You can use it to read about what we do, to send us an enquiry, and to book a short online meeting with one of our consultants.
By using this website, sending us an enquiry or booking a meeting with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Booking a meeting is exactly that — a meeting. It is not an order, it does not commit you to buy anything from us, and it does not commit us to supply anything to you.
There is no cost and no obligation. You may cancel a booked meeting at any time by replying to the invitation or emailing us.
Any price, rate or saving mentioned on this site, in an advert, or during a meeting is an indication only. It is not an offer and it is not binding on us.
A price is only firm once we have given you a formal written quote. That quote sets out what is included, what it costs and how long the price holds. Where a supply agreement is signed, that agreement governs the supply, not these terms.
Please do not:
We may decline or cancel a booking if we believe the site is being misused.
We take reasonable care to keep this site working and its content accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available or completely free of errors. Availability of a meeting time depends on our consultants' diaries and can change.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. Please do not treat it as a substitute for a proper discussion about your own business.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site or the booking service at any time, and we may change these terms. If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Please check back from time to time.
What we do with the information you give us is set out in our privacy policy, and what we use cookies for is set out in our cookie policy. Both are on this website.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
